CAN I SEE THE PRICE IN MY CURRENCY?

Yes. We have a currency bar on our website to show the t-shirt/cart price in your chosen currency. However when checking out it will be processed in (GBP)£ as this is where we're based. 

WHERE WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED FROM?

All orders are shipped from our location the United Kingdom. We ship world-wide. 

TRACK YOUR ORDER

All orders will be trackable via RoyalMail.com

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

NRH ship all orders within 24 hours of them being received (excluding Sundays). Please see HERE for estimated journey times.

PLEASE NOTE: For International orders, No Rules Here is not responsible for any customs charges issued in accordance to your country's policies. We advise you find out your countries import duty and taxes beforehand.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

You will receive an email once your order has shipped along with a tracking number, this enables you to follow it's journey right to your door. Delivery time will depend on which option you select at checkout, see HERE for detailed information. We offer standard or express shipping if you want it sooner. 

UK RETURNS

All SALE items purchased are final.

We accept UK returns for an unworn item within 7 days (domestic returns).

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued minus your shipping costs. 

Items must be in the original condition, tags attached. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange or refund, so you may want to insure it when purchasing tracking. Any orders returned after the allotted time will be up to our full discretion. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All SALE items purchased are final.

*We do not refund International orders due to shipping costs, but will be happy to exchange for store credit (minus shipping costs).  

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT/REFUND

Email us your return/store credit request and ORDER NUMBER HERE to receive approval, you will then be guided with instructions on how to mail your item/s back. Please do not send items back without first contacting us. 

FAULTY/DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Every product is checked for quality control, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the purchase price as long as it has been returned within 7 business days. Anything outside of this time frame will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
